Business Upper Austria

Business Upper Austria (Biz-up) is the business agency of Upper Austria. It acts as an innovation driver and first point of contact for companies. It promotes regional innovation with strategy, investment, and cluster and network management and strengthens the Upper Austrian economy and co-operation at home and abroad. The Cleantech-Cluster, the department whose team is involved in the Hy2Market project, concentrates on topics such as Clean Energy, Bioeconomy, Sustainable production, Circular Economy, Material Efficiency, and Decarbonization.

Our role in the project

The team of Business Upper Austria is contributing in the areas of knowledge exchange and dissemination among companies and stakeholders along the hydrogen value chain. Concerning the dissemination, Business Upper Austria is in charge of planning and implementing the Final Conference that will take place in 2026 in Linz. 

Our impact within our region

In Upper Austria there is currently a big focus on creating a hydrogen value chain. Being involved in the project not only allows Business Upper Austria to bring new information into the discussion but also to deliver possible examples from other regions on how this is possible and vice versa.
