Knowledge exchange
Within the Hy2Market project, knowledge sharing is at the heart of building a strong hydrogen economy across Europe. Our goal is to foster collaboration among industry leaders, public authorities, academia, and end-users, creating mature interregional partnerships that support the entire hydrogen value chain. To achieve this, we’ve established a comprehensive knowledge exchange platform designed to promote efficient sharing, recording, and use of key insights. While much of this work happens behind the scenes, it directly contributes to tangible outcomes that benefit not only the project partners but also society at large.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Accelerating Innovation: By bringing together experts from industry, academia, government, and local communities, we create a space where new ideas can thrive. This collaborative approach helps accelerate the development of hydrogen solutions that can be deployed across Europe.
- Shaping Regulations and Standards: The success of hydrogen technology depends on clear and unified regulations. We’re actively working to identify regional differences in hydrogen standards and address regulatory challenges. By streamlining these processes, we’re making it easier for hydrogen technologies to be adopted, benefiting industries and consumers alike.
- Building Skills for the Future: As hydrogen becomes a larger part of the energy landscape, the demand for skilled professionals grows. Our consortium is focused on developing training guidelines and sharing expertise to ensure that workers have the skills they need to succeed in this evolving field.
- Sharing Best Practices with the Public: While much of our work involves internal knowledge exchange, we also host public events and webinars to share the latest developments in hydrogen technologies. These events are designed to engage a wider audience, from businesses interested in adopting hydrogen solutions to students curious about the future of green energy.
