The second round of the Knowledge Exchange within the Hy2Market project will take place on Thursday, 26 September 2024.

This event will focus on the industrial use of hydrogen and bring together various stakeholders from this field to discuss current challenges, innovative approaches, and future perspectives. Experts from Voest-Alpine and other partners will present their progress and insights so far. Additionally, there will be interactive sessions where participants can share their opinions and ideas on key topics.

09:00 – 09:10: Welcome and short project presentation of Hy2Market

09:10 – 09:20: Looking Forward – Mentimeter Session: Current trends and challenges in industrial hydrogen use. Topics: Main application areas, readiness for technology adoption, economic efficiency, and barriers.

09:20 – 09:40: Input from Voest-Alpine – Presentation and discussion of developments and progress within the project.

09:40 – 09:50: Future Perspectives and Collaboration Opportunities – Mentimeter Session: Potentials, incentives, and international collaboration to promote hydrogen use in industry.

09:50 – 10:10: Input from Spain – Presentation of developments and achievements in the project by EDP.

10:10 – 10:30: Planned Hydrogen Flagship Projects in Spain – Presentation and discussion on government plans and international cooperation opportunities by 2030

10:30 – 10:45: Summary & Conclusions – Review of Mentimeter results and final discussion
